Please join Safe Out and the Lighthouse Empowered Living Center for safeTALK, a training to help increase your knowledge and ability to reach out to prevent suicide through connecting individuals at risk to help. This program is open to everyone, regardless of prior experience or education. It also is open to all communities although Safe Out has a special emphasis on preventing suicide in the LGBTQ community. By the end of this free training, you will become a resource within the community to help identify, support, and connect people with the care they need and deserve. This event is free and open to the community, but you must be 15 or older to attend.

Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care (MMIC) and Safe Out are committed to creating safer communities in Maricopa County and equipping more individuals with the skills to reach out and support one another. As such, MMIC and Safe Out are supporting all costs of this workshop, which is valued at $25 per person, so that it can be free of charge to you.
